I wanted a Taycan 4S at the right price. So I did what I do for a living: I pulled every listing
I could find across the USA, decoded the options on each one, tracked how the prices moved, and
turned it into acquisition intelligence — a way to measure what a car is actually worth against
what it's being sold for.
That method became The Hunter Score™ — our proprietary scoring formula for
acquisition intelligence. It found my car. And once I saw how much noise there is between a

The method
The Taycan Hunter isn't a review site. It's The Hunter Score and the discipline behind it,
running continuously on live US listings.
- Remember. Every listing, option code, and price move is kept and dated. Nothing is
argued from memory.
- Compare. Like against like — options-adjusted value rather than sticker, cohort against
cohort, so trims and drivetrains are weighed fairly. That comparison is what feeds
The Hunter Score.
- Verify. Every figure carries its evidence: EPA, WLTP, or observed; gross versus usable;
verified versus reported. Contaminated data is quarantined before it can flatter a car.
