• Account & access requests: email, ZIP code, interest role, optional note.
• Product activity: saved cars, lists, searches, alert preferences, and hunt-profile answers (what you want in a car) — when you use those features.
• Closed-deal reports: if you choose to share a purchase (year, model, prices, optional location/dealer/story), we store it for moderation and may publish an anonymized or named version you control.
• Optional commercial fields: mobile number, buy timeline, and whether you consent to introductions to Porsche centers with matching inventory. Partner introductions happen only with that consent.
• Email subscribers: email (and optional ZIP) if you join the deals digest.
• Technical logs: first-party page views, approximate time spent on pages (visible-tab dwell), and product events with an opaque session id (no third-party ad trackers).
• Public listing data: vehicle inventory scraped from public sources for research — not personal data about you.

• Provide acquisition intelligence, accounts, alerts, and founding-member access.
• Email verification links, access codes, digests, and service notices you request.
• Improve scoring, product, and market research in aggregate.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the site today.

We process data to perform the service you request (contract), with your consent where required (e.g. marketing email), and for legitimate interests in operating a secure research product — balanced against your rights.

We may share data with infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not share your email with dealers without a clear, consented flow built for that purpose.

Account and signup data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security and bookkeeping. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us. Transactional logs may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form.

• California / similar laws: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, hashed access codes, access controls). No method of transmission is perfectly secure. The service is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be called out in-product or by email when appropriate.
